Back garden of a terraced house.
The bottom of the garden is due south - I think the microclimate can be up to 5°C higher than the forecast.

1. The grey rectangle at the south end, the bottom of the garden is a 'patio' of concrete slabs (0.45m) eight slabs by four slabs. This is the most shady part of the garden as a tall brick wall is the boundary.
2. Next is an area of grass (Cotswold Chicken Scratcher - organic so very varied with some clover).
3. The chicken house and run (Omlet) is on wheels and so can be moved - their grass is about four times the footprint of the house and run.
4. The fruit trees (cherry x 2, gage x 2, plum x 1) are ordered and will be delivered sometime in the winter.
5. The raised bed will be made with wood I already have (old fencing).
6. The compost bin is a Hotbin, and so there is a bin for wood chips next to it.
7. There will be raspberries, two black currant bushes, and asparagus.
8. I'll grow climbing beans, salads, tomatoes, chilli, garlic and greens.
9. I'll not routinely grow root crops, the occasional carrot, and turnip but not potatoes.
